Files with your presentation/s (typical format for live congress, without audio) have to be uploaded to the congress website (via the available form) from 1st to 20th of September. Once uploaded, the technical support team will contact you to schedule a meeting to record your presentation/s (to include your image and audio, and to ensure a good record quality). They will guide you through the entire recording process, explaining how to get the best sound, illumination and image and solving any doubt. In advance, you will need a computer, a microphone and a webcam for the recording. All presentations must be recorded before 30/09/2020.
In summary, there are three steps for sending your oral communication/s:
1.- Get ready your presentation/s (typical format for live congress, without audio): oral communications will take a maximum of 10 minutes and will be supported by a digital slide presentation in any desired format (e.g., .ppt, .pptx, .odp, .pdf, Prezi, etc.). Presentations should preferably have a resolution 16:9. Remember that the official languages of the congress are Portuguese, Spanish and English, but the use of English for the text of the slides is recommended.
2.- Upload your presentation/s to the congress website via the form (1st-20th September). Once the presentation has been uploaded, no further changes can be made. Please, before uploading it, make sure everything is correct and your presentation is working properly in your computer.
3.- Once uploaded, the technical support team will contact with you to schedule a meeting to record your presentations (with your image and audio) that will be host in the webpage (1st-30th September). During the uploading process, you will be asked for the most convenient day and time for recording. Try your presentation before recording.
Recorded presentations will be available for all participants some weeks before the beginning of the congress (26th of October 2020). Questions from participants will be addressed during the live discussion sessions and forums therefore, authors should be present in their corresponding discussion sessions and to attend the specific forums (see the calendar).
